Store it upright and loosely stuffed, so the shape holds. Keep it out of direct sun — every finish fades, some quickly. If it gets wet, blot it and let it dry away from heat. Never seal it in plastic; it needs air.
On any bag, at any price, the zip and the strap join wear before the body does. Do not force a stiff zip. If a strap starts to pull at the stitch, stop carrying it on that shoulder and send us a photo.
